Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager II in the United States to drive successful outcomes across SMB, National VIP, and Data Center projects. You will partner with Commercial, Program, Site Technical, and Engineering leads to set objectives and deliver execution plans.

The Project Manager II is responsible for achieving the project’s objectives across a diverse portfolio of SMB, National VIP, and Data Center projects, including both structured deployments and service-based engagements.
They work closely with the Commercial Manager, Program Manager, Site Technical Manager, and Engineering Lead to define project objectives, create execution plans, and deliver successful outcomes aligned to customer requirements.
The Project Manager II has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which deliverables are created and operate effectively across both traditional project execution and higher-volume, fast-paced service delivery models. They may also assist in strategic planning for the department.
The Project Manager II must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and be adaptable in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and customer-focused environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
