Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Project Manager with IAM/RACF expertise for a fully remote role in the United States. The position starts ASAP and involves coordinating complex IAM/security initiatives across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end activities, manage risks, and drive delivery efficiency in a highly regulated environment. Remote work enables collaboration with a distributed team and stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• IAM experience and knowledge of identity and access management.
• Experience with RACF or mainframe security is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Deputy Support: Support and act as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
• Delivery Management (~14 FTE): Drive progress across Business Delivery teams, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones.
• Facilitation & Alignment: Lead daily standups, targeted workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Risk & Governance Management: Maintain action/decision logs, track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate blockers to safeguard project health.
• Progress Tracking & Executive Reporting: Maintain progress trackers, prepare status reports, and present to senior management.
• Automation & Efficiency: Identify and manage automation opportunities to streamline workflows and boost delivery efficiency.

• Domain & Industry Experience: Proven track record of managing or coordinating complex projects within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Technical & IAM Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) and access control frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments is highly desirable.
  • Good grasp of regulatory, audit, and risk compliance standards within financial institutions.
• Delivery & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, and implementing automation initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Execution Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to drive accountability and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Mindset: Highly organized, results-oriented, with high attention to execution discipline and detail.

• Progress Tracking & Executive Reporting: Maintain progress trackers, prepare clear status reports, and deliver presentations for senior management governance forums.
• Automation & Efficiency: Identify, qualify, and manage the implementation of automation opportunities to streamline operational workflows and boost delivery efficiency.
