Job summary

Olympus Group is seeking a Project Manager I in Las Vegas to join our team supporting tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing projects. You will help turn customer orders and artwork into finished shows, coordinating with Account Managers, production, and internal teams.

This hands-on role emphasizes learning, organization and clear communication. You’ll gain exposure to large-format printing, SEG fabrics, modular frames, custom fabrication and lighting solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

• Organized, curious, dependable and eager to learn.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, order entry or project coordination is helpful but not required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer projects from order entry through production and shipment.
• Learn the business and capabilities in large-format printing and related services.
• Coordinate project details, enter orders and organize artwork.
• Track open orders and communicate issues or delays to teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing and Shipping to keep projects moving.
• Provide updates to customers and learn to solve problems while protecting accuracy.

Olympus Group is looking for a Project Manager I to join our Las Vegas team supporting customers in the tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing industries. Our work includes large-format printed graphics, SEG fabric, custom displays, and frame and lighting solutions that come together on show floors and at live events across the country.

As a Project Manager I, you'll work closely with Account Managers, experienced Project Managers, customers, and production teams to help turn customer orders, artwork, and specifications into finished projects. You'll learn what it takes to keep a project moving—from gathering information and entering orders to coordinating artwork, tracking production, and keeping customers informed.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys learning, staying organized, communicating with people, and being part of a team that produces something tangible. You don't need to know the print industry on day one—we'll teach you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer projects. Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with orders from order entry through production and shipment.
• Learn the business. Develop knowledge of large-format printing, fabric graphics, SEG systems, modular frames, custom fabrication, and other Olympus Group capabilities.
• Coordinate details. Gather project information, enter accurate orders, organize artwork, track approvals, and follow up on missing information.
• Track projects. Monitor open orders and communicate potential issues or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Connect the dots. Work with Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Communicate with customers. Provide project updates, tracking information, and other requested information.
• Learn to solve problems. Ask questions, gather information, and work with experienced team members when something doesn't go according to plan.
• Protect accuracy. Pay close attention to order details, artwork, specifications, quantities, and shipping information.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus!
