Job summary

Olympus Group Inc in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Sewing Lead and Pattern Maker to oversee the sewing team and guide pattern making for high-quality garments. Join our established company with a long history and a strong portfolio of major brand work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction
• Bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred to communicate with your team
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sewers to ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards
• Train and mentor new team members on sewing techniques, pattern making, and best practices
• Monitor production schedules to ensure that all orders are completed on time
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products meet customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing-related issues that arise
