It manages multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closeout, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, and maintains visibility into workload, project progress, and spending.

The position supports programs that strengthen the airport brand, improve the passenger experience, engage employees and the community, and advance commercial revenue goals. Assignments may include integrated campaigns, paid advertising, digital media, concessions and parking marketing, loyalty programs, events, environmental branding, installations, and art and cultural programming. The role requires independent judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to resolve routine delivery issues within approved scope and authority.

  • Leads project check-ins, documents decisions and action items, follows up on commitments, and provides concise status reports. Escalates risks, missed milestones, and decisions requiring leadership action with recommended solutions.
  • Tracks scope changes and their effects on timing, resources, and cost; obtains required approvals and updates project plans before implementing changes.

Procurement and vendor coordination

  • Tracks requisitions, purchase orders, agreements, required documentation, and approvals to support timely vendor engagement. Identifies procurement lead times and potential delays during project planning.
