Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the client.
• Monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Responsible for the financial results of the project.
• Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
• Coordinate Pre-Construction duties and project transition.
• Manage cost and schedule; oversee cash flow.
• Oversee the work of direct reports and maintain client relationships.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience OR 8 years construction related experience
