Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is a national leader in specialty concrete contracting seeking a Project Manager I to lead less complex projects on our sites in Columbus, OH.

You will establish project objectives, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact in collaboration with the on-site Superintendent. You will also drive cost and schedule control, cash flow, and safety initiatives while guiding direct reports and ensuring documentation and technical records are accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of construction experience.
• Alternatively, 8 years of construction-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and schedule for less complex projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project safety and risk management.
• Coordinate pre-construction duties and project startup.
• Oversee the work of direct reports and ensure quality records.
