Job summary

Baker Construction in Washington, DC area seeks a Project Manager I to lead less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets and serving as the primary client contact with the Superintendent. You will monitor financials and safety across the project.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience, or 8 years' construction-related experience, and offers growth opportunities within a national contractor. Travel up to 25% is expected.

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field; 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
