Job summary

IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is hiring a National Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through completion across the United States. The role requires coordinating field crews, equipment, budgets, and schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Engineering to craft practical solutions and travel extensively to project sites as assignments demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable credential.
• Experience managing dewatering, bypass pumping, flushing, industrial water management, or related projects.
• Working knowledge of pumps, temporary pumping systems, tanks, liquid containment, or filtration equipment.
• Project ownership: manage field crews, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships from start to finish.
• Field leadership: solve problems on site, adapt to changing conditions, and hold teams accountable for safe, quality work.
• Communication and collaboration: coordinate effectively with customers, field teams, Operations, Sales, and Engineering.
• Nationwide mobility: travel extensively and spend time at project sites as needed
