As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee SaaS onboarding projects for our customers, ensuring they transition smoothly to our platform. You will work closely with Solutions Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Solutions Architects to drive project success, maintain timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills in a waterfall or hybrid environment, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, internally and externally. Experience in a Professional Services environment, including budget management, timesheet tracking, and project documentation, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end SaaS onboarding projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
3. Collaborate with Solutions Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Solutions Architects to align project goals with customer expectations.
4. Manage scope, risks, and change requests while maintaining project governance.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
6. Oversee data migration processes to ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
7. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and refining processes.
8. Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and ensure profitability through effective Professional Services practices.
9. Ensure accurate tracking of timesheets, billing, and cost management to align with Statements of Work (SOWs).
10. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including SOWs, meeting notes, status reports, and risk registers.
11. Track and report on personal and project-level metrics, including billable utilization, time to value, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3-7 years of project management experience in SaaS, FinTech, or related industries. Experience in a Professional Services environment is strongly preferred.
2. Methodologies: Strong proficiency in waterfall and hybrid project management approaches.
3. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certification preferred.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
6. Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Coda, Jira, SFDC or similar is a plus.
