Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of project coordination or project management experience in the sign industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors or subcontractors is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of multi-site signage and branding projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate site surveys, permitting, fabrication, logistics, installation, and project closeout.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating subcontractors for surveys, permitting, and installation.
• Ensure vendors are aligned with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Support communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with project cost tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
• Support revenue tracking, billing processes, and internal reporting requirements.
• Maintain organized project records within internal systems.

Internal & Client Partnership Focus

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, business development, estimating, and external vendors to ensure projects move efficiently through each phase of execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support the execution of multi-site signage and branding projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate site surveys, permitting, fabrication, logistics, installation, and project closeout

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of project coordination or project management experience in the sign industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic understanding of project budgets, timelines, and workflows
• Experience working with vendors or subcontractors is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar preferred)
