Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive cross‑functional projects in a healthcare environment.

You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors, define scope with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality expectations. Ideal candidates bring five years of project management experience, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Five years of technical project management experience.
• Ability to train others on processes, systems and equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs and report to stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and resources.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Five years of technical project management experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
