This role calls for a disciplined planner with a strong background in IT project management and Lean and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and facilitator who keeps schedules, budgets, and dependencies visible, escalates risks early with a recommended path forward, and delivers measurable value to the organization.

  • Escalate blockers to program leadership with recommended actions.
  • Produce status reports and executive dashboards for leadership.
  • Facilitate the project ceremonies — status, steering and governance meetings, change approval and go/no-go, stage-gate reviews, kickoffs, UAT coordination, risk reviews and vendor syncs — and capture all action items.
  • Apply Lean and Agile principles to drive delivery efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
