Baker Construction in Nebraska is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee less complex projects, plan budgets, and be the primary client contact. You will collaborate with the superintendent and ensure safe, on-time delivery of scopes and goals.

Responsibilities include pre-construction coordination, cost control, cash flow management, and supervision of direct reports while maintaining strong client relationships that drive company success.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience with pre-construction duties and risk management is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Summary

The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex project(s). Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. Responsible for the financial results of the project. Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
