The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 5 years of HVAC experience on commercial projects.

$100,000 – $130,000 per year|Salary based on experience

Our portfolio spans hospitality, retail, municipal, and government sectors, with expertise in conventional package and Direct Expansion (DX) systems, chiller plants, and Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) installations — including projects valued over $30 million.
We are quality-driven, price-conscious, and committed to delivering every project on time and within budget. As we grow, we’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects and contribute to that track record from day one.
As Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of assigned mechanical construction projects — from planning and coordination through closeout — driving client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and financial performance. You’ll lead field teams and subcontractors, serve as the primary point of contact for owners and the A/E team, and ensure Cooltrace’s standard of quality is met on every project.
Fort Lauderdale, FL (Broward County). Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to the Fort Lauderdale area prior to start date. Role requires approximately 25% travel within South Florida for project site visits.
