The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction, and mastery of Procore and Microsoft Project. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

  • Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, owners, managers, consultants, architects, employees.
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget management.
  • Good understanding of contracts.

Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project’s organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Manage the project with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, owners, managers, consultants, architects and staff.
  • Oversee project management and financials using Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
