Job summary

Thecoteam is seeking a trustworthy, hands-on Project Manager to split time between field and office on construction AV/LV projects. You’ll bring experience across the three phases of implementation (Rough, Trim, Final) and a steady, high-EQ work history.

Based in McHenry, IL, you’ll work in-person on Lake Geneva projects with Lombard and Greater Chicago area exposure, Monday to Friday 7:30am–5:00pm, reporting to John, VP of Ops.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of the built environment and all three phases of implementation: Rough, Trim, Final.
• A steady work history with about 3 years between hops.
• Pleasant disposition and high EQ.

You Have

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

• Your Projects: Primarily Lake Geneva but we also have an office in Lombard and projects in the Greater Chicago area
