Job summary

Tews Company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex AV systems integration projects from kickoff through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, safety, and client relationships while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in AV/construction, proficiency with MS Office and PM software, and the ability to read AutoCAD.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in AV, construction, or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of AV, video, lighting, and low-voltage electrical projects.
  • Experience on construction sites with technical, contractual, and construction documents.
  • Understanding of budgets, margins, revenue, and variances.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
  • Ability to read AutoCAD and understand system design preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • PMP and/or AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%+, including extended site visits when needed.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • PMP and/or AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
