Job summary

Belmont Search is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil and utility site work across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You will run projects from award through close-out, handling scheduling, buyouts, change orders, quantities, and necessary paperwork required by public works.

Ideal candidates have five years or more of civil project management on $5M+ scale, with earthwork, underground utilities, water/sewer, and roadway experience. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 annually.

Base is $120,000 to $165,000.
