Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Manager in Tampa to lead heavy civil projects such as highways and bridges valued over $50M. You will coordinate field teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil/Construction Engineering and at least two years of PM experience, with Primavera P6 and Bluebeam Revu proficiency, plus knowledge of PowerBI, Procore, and HCSS. Travel is up to 15% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years' experience managing heavy construction projects such as highways and bridges exceeding $50M.
• Experience operating Primavera P6 CPM scheduling software and Bluebeam Revu takeoff software.
• 2 years' experience with MS PowerBI and Heavy Job HCCS to manage civil engineering projects and applying construction math concepts to value engineer cost components exceeding $10M.
• 2 years' experience with MS Office, Oracle P6, ProCore, HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a Safety First attitude throughout the project from all levels of management and operations.
• Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments.
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with the owner or the owner’s representative.
• Read, understand, and plan according to work specifications and contract responsibilities.
• Anticipate project conflicts, communicate preventative action plans, and implement solutions to avoid issues.
• Create, update, review, and maintain budget and schedule using P6 CPM; manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
