Job summary

The Hagerman Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Project Manager (Healthcare) to lead healthcare facility construction projects from concept through turnover. You will coordinate design, procurement, and field teams to meet schedule and budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools: Procore, CMIC, ASTA, Excel, Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred candidate will have Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification.
