The Project Management team is the engine that keeps the agency running. We are strategic problem solvers and communicators leading cross-functional teams from planning to project delivery. Project Managers collaborate with all departments to ensure work is executed on time and on budget, partnering with Account Teams in strategic planning and workflow.

Who you are:

Project Managers are problem solvers who bring a skilled team together to ensure the agency successfully executes and delivers to market, within the agreed time and budget.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  1. Project Planning
    • Partner with the Group Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Managers to:
      • Review high-level client, program/campaign, and project plans.
      • Understand client expectations and rules of engagement.
      • Develop actionable project plans.
      • Coordinate with account leads on new or shifting tactics.
      • Review project briefs, budgets, and schedules prior to kickoff.
  2. Meeting Management
    • Lead all internal meetings, providing goals and objectives.
    • Ensure meetings stay on track and summarize outcomes.
    • Responsible for weekly status updates on accounts.
  3. Workflow/Process
    • Advocate for the workflow process and team member roles.
    • Review action orders to ensure clear direction.
    • Lead online routing of projects, ensuring quality assurance.
    • Maintain workflow for all projects.
  4. Communications
    • Provide constant communication to meet client expectations.
    • Monitor delivery dates and budget.
    • Lead teams in constructive communications.
    • Review statements of work and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of direct project management experience.

Other Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experienced in digital, print, and broadcast production.
  • Proactive communicator across departments.
  • Analytical thinker with strong time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.

Reasonable estimate of the current range: $60,000 - $90,000 USD.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and paid time off.
