We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building, experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish, and capable of overseeing 4-6 tenant improvement projects simultaneously. We value team players with a strong work ethic and a proactive, hustler mentality. Responsibilities also include sales and maintaining a book of business. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, working closely with field teams, superintendents, and foremen to ensure projects meet deadlines. Estimating skills are a plus but not mandatory.
