We are seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and eager to contribute to our growth. You should have experience in overseeing construction processes from start to finish, with the ability to manage 4-6 tenant improvement projects concurrently. We value team players with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities also include sales and maintaining a client portfolio. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, working closely with field superintendents and foremen to ensure projects meet deadlines. Estimating experience is a plus but not mandatory.
