Job summary

LeoForce in Layton, Utah, is seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager specializing in general construction for federal projects. You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervision from development to completion while coordinating with federal clients across states.

Responsibilities include managing multiple active projects, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Procore experience is preferred, and a per diem, vehicle, and travel are provided.

• Ownership of schedules, budgets, submittals, and RFIs.

• Coordinate with diverse teams and federal clients to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead project execution, monitor schedules, budgets and risks, and drive results.

Job Details

• Federal construction experience required — we work FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states
• Must own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong under pressure — our PMs deal with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and they need to be able to work through problems that come from multiple directions without losing their composure
• Procore experience preferred
• This isn't a paper-pusher role — we need people who take ownership and drive results
