Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager in Utah to lead federal construction projects across FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with federal clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

Travel is required and Procore experience is preferred; candidates should own delivery strategies, handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Federal construction experience required.
• Travel is required for this role.
• Experience with FAA, USACE, NPS or GSA projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of federal construction projects from development to completion.
• Coordinate with federal clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; control costs and timelines.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and subcontractor coordination.
