Job summary

HighLevel seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, and Support. You will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, break down initiatives into milestones, and manage day-to-day execution in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will support the implementation and optimization of systems, dashboards, and reporting tied to performance and forecasting, maintaining accurate plans in ClickUp and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, revenue operations, or high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and hands-on experience with ClickUp and Google Sheets.
