This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about construction, leadership, and craftsmanship. As a Project Manager/Foreman, you will oversee and participate in hands-on construction activities, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction crews on-site
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and material management
• Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications
• Maintain job site safety, enforcing compliance with all safety protocols
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
• Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, Dingos, manlifts, forklifts, and excavators
• Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed, including carpentry, roofing, concrete work, framing, and site layout
• Ensure high standards of quality, precision, and professionalism are maintained

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in general or commercial construction
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including work at heights over 6'
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• FL Driver License required (Clean Driving Record Required)
