Job Responsibilities
- Management and development of Divisional Managers.
- Oversight of direct reports to ensure efficiency of scheduling and adequate coverage for services, materials, and equipment in line with customer needs.
Management of field test equipment in Region. - Conduct service for assigned customers and those in assigned Region.
- Ensuring effective training and competency for Division Managers.
- Management of direct reports’ assigned service accounts, anticipating capacity needs, conflicts, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring Divisional Managers are trained in industry requirements and changes - with effective flow of communication.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets for divisional territories.
- Responsible for Regional P&L.
- Develop and maintain performance-based metrics for Divisional Managers along with strategies for professional development.
- Management of on-boarding new Pyrometry Service Clients - including required resources, identifying requirements, providing proposals for services, proper documentation for on-boarding ACS software.
- Facilitate identification and communication of risks to Director of Quality.
- Management of non-conformances and customer complaints for responsible Region.
- Identify needs, recruit and interview new personnel for Pyrometry Services Managers in line with customer needs.
- Management of customer contracts, purchase orders, and flow down requirements for current and new clients.
- Maintain competency in industry changes and updates.
- Support the company culture.
- Cultivate a Customer Focused culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of Operations Management in a related field.
- 5+ years of related Pyrometry experience.
- General Safety knowledge and OSHA requirements.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong problem resolution skills, including effective use of root cause analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
- Able to effectively train others.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft suite of products.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
