Del Medical Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Site Planning & Installation to lead imaging equipment installations at hospitals and imaging centers. You will coordinate site planning, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, seamless installations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to read construction drawings. Hybrid role in Bloomingdale, IL with roughly 40–60% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, PM, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural or construction drawings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple imaging equipment installation projects from order release through customer acceptance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate site planning activities with customers, architects, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
• Review construction drawings and equipment layouts to ensure installation readiness.
• Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and installation timelines.
• Identify and resolve project risks before they impact schedules.
• Ensure sites meet electrical, structural, networking, HVAC, and construction requirements before installation.
• Coordinate installation schedules with Field Service Engineers.
