We're looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for value engineering, budget management, and project delivery excellence—and if you're proficient in tools like Procore and Microsoft Project, you're already ahead of the game!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight & Strategic Planning:
   Lead projects from start to finish with a clear vision. Craft and execute actionable plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and workflows, all while adhering to the highest engineering standards.
2. Budget & Cost Control:
   Think strategically to stick to budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Keep a sharp eye on financials, making real-time adjustments when needed.
3. Risk Management & Safety:
   Proactively address potential risks to keep projects running smoothly. Stay compliant with OSHA and ensure top-notch safety standards, especially in wood-frame over-podium builds.
4. Negotiation & Scope Development:
   Showcase your negotiation skills by finalizing contracts and defining scopes of work. Craft competitive RFQ responses that stand out.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management:
   Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders and lead diverse teams with clear communication. Foster a culture of teamwork and success throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Schedule Management:
   Stay on schedule, ensuring every milestone is met without delays. Coordinate activities with precision to drive timely project delivery.
7. Technology Proficiency:
   Leverage advanced tools like Procore and Microsoft Project to stay ahead. Keep abreast of emerging technologies in construction to bring innovation to every project.
8. Wood-Frame Over-Podium Construction Expertise:
   Deliver exceptional results on luxury residential projects, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail. Apply proven construction techniques and material standards to every build.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 10+ years in project management, ideally with luxury multi-unit, wood-frame residential construction experience (specific level based on the role).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership capabilities.
• Tech Savvy: Expertise in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction tools.
• Expertise: Proven knowledge in value engineering, budget management, and adherence to safety regulations.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be based in Hackensack, NJ, with occasional travel to project sites.
• Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to safety.

Work Environment:
