• Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the C360 program
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders to align teams and support successful execution
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and remove execution blockers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective decision-making
• Support resource planning, prioritization, and delivery health reviews
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication, including with executive leadership
• Champion modern project delivery practices and continuously improve ways of working
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness, predictability, and operational efficiency
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery visibility, operational performance, and decision-making

• Substantial project management experience delivering complex software, data, platform, or technology initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks
• Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience applying data-driven approaches to delivery management and operational improvement
• Passion for transforming delivery organizations through AI-enabled ways of working, automation, and continuous innovation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery initiatives involving technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
