Job summary

Valiotti Data ищет руководителя проектов для ведения data-консалтинг проектов в США и Европе. Вы будете отвечать за доставку проектов от старта до финала, координацию команд и презентацию результатов клиентам.

Требуется опыт управления проектами, умение работать с несколькими небольшими командами, высокий уровень английского и готовность работать с международными клиентами. Гибкий график, работа в международной среде, доступ к ресурсам компании.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления проектами: сроки, ресурсы, загрузка, отчётность клиентам.
• Заранее определять цели, критерии успеха, риски и blockers.
• Умение руководить несколькими небольшими командами одновременно.
• Английский не ниже B2 для работы с клиентами в США и Европе.
• Готовность работать за пределами России.

Responsibilities

• Полная ответственность за доставку проектов от начала до конца.
• Управление портфелем проектов, планирование, сроки, ресурсы, приоритеты, отчётность.
• Выступать единым контактным лицом клиента, вести kick-off, статусы и презентации результатов.
• Снимать блокеры с инженеров и аналитиков, обучая команду.

Job description

Описание: Valiotti Data runs data consulting projects for growth-stage companies in the US and Europe. It embeds into clients' businesses to solve data problems, build systems, and hand them over with documentation and training. Its projects often involve building data platforms from scratch, integrating data from ads, CRM, and payment systems into warehouses, modeling it, and presenting it through dashboards; ML is added where useful.

Задачи

• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects and be accountable for outcomes
• Run project portfolios, including planning, timelines, resources, priorities, and reporting
• Serve as the client's single point of contact, leading kick-offs, status updates, and results presentations
• Clear blockers with engineers and analysts while learning the technical substance of data, pipelines, and code
• Ensure checks and code reviews happen before work is delivered to clients
• Escalate incidents and risks on time
• Build self-sufficient teams and help engineers grow
• Run several small teams from the start

Требования

• Project management experience with timelines, resources, utilization, and client reporting
• Proactively define goals, success criteria, risks, and blockers before kick-off
• Comfortable running several small teams at once
• English B2+ for work with clients in the US and Europe
• Based outside Russia
• Будет плюсом: experience managing data, analytics, or engineering projects, technical literacy including reading code and understanding ETL and BI, daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and LLMs for analysis, documentation, or review, experience with international clients and remote teams
