Job summary

CMC Design Build, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee two or more construction sites, coordinating resources, schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with the construction management team, designers, and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction. You will lead procurement, approvals, and design coordination, while mentoring field staff and ensuring compliance with project goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Construction Project Manager role.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction process for two or more job sites.
• Plan, organize and control resources for anticipated and approved projects.
• Lead to ensure construction projects are on schedule and meet cost and profit objectives.
• Collaborate with the superintendent on day-to-day operations at construction site(s).
• Represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage the project schedule.
• Oversee project financial management and train field personnel and assistant project managers.
