Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact through design, bidding, construction, and startup for food and beverage process facilities.

In this role you will coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and drive project success across the life cycle with a focus on client relationships and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (strongly preferred) or Construction Management/Architecture.
• 3+ years designing-build/General Contractor experience with multiple engineering disciplines.
• 3+ years with MEP industrial construction projects, preferably food & beverage or pharma.
• 3+ years in building construction, scheduling, estimating, and safety.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Help manage projects from planning through commissioning, defining success criteria.
• Contribute to scope, budget, schedule, and critical path elements.
• Develop RFIs and purchase/work authorizations.
• Maintain client SharePoint site and manage design teams.
• Coordinate design criteria, reviews, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, procurement plans, and subcontracts.
• Oversee bid processes, evaluate bidders, and track monthly invoices.
• Maintain meeting notes, monthly reports, and project records.
