Job summary

Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale invites a Project Manager - Finance Engineering, IS&T to join our Information Systems and Technology organization. You will support capital projects, partner with strategy teams, and help manage budgets across the finance engineering portfolio.

In this role you will implement standardized PM practices, provide hands-on PM tools, and ensure compliance with established protocols while collaborating with IS&T and Finance stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Familiar in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution or management processes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Should be dedicated, highly motivated and ability to learn quick.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Finance Engineering PMO and Strategy function.
• Collaborate with the larger organization strategy team, project leads and their nominated internal/external partners.
• Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, capital and operational expense planning & tracking.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and templates for the delivery of Finance projects .
• Hands‑on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services.
• Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes - strong compliance
• Manage and follow‑up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and partners in IS&T & Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiar in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution or management processes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Should be dedicated, highly motivated and ability to learn quick.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar in creating dashboards for budget tracking and metrics for monthly, quarterly, annual portfolio reviews.
• A structured approach to stakeholder engagement and planning communications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.
• Accurate and timely structured reporting ability.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.68 and $67.44/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
