Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Project Manager for the PBGC in Washington, DC. You will provide leadership for office support services, including the mailroom, supply center, welcome desk, and facility operations, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or facilities management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and OSHA safety training. PMP is preferred to lead staff and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or facilities management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
• OSHA Safety Training required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, training, and operational continuity.
• Monitor service level performance and implement corrective actions.
• Submit monthly reports (metrics, incidents, staffing updates).
• Ensure compliance with PBGC security, OSHA, and federal policies.
• Lead transition-in/out planning and execution.
