Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a supervisor with a minimum of 4 years in project management and estimating within commercial electrical construction and service settings. You will direct onsite crews, coordinate scheduling and material control, and support subcontractors to meet design and budget goals.

The role requires strong MS Office and estimating software skills; ACCUBID experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required for field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Combination of 4 years project management/estimating experience in commercial electrical construction and service setting.
• Valid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred.
• Experiencesupervisingothers including craft workers.
• Knowledgeofelectrical constructionand service management methods including related technologies and equipment, contracts, jurisdiction NEC requirements, and related estimating, scheduling, and safety requirements.
• Proficient computer skillswith experience utilizing MS Office (EXCEL/WORD) and estimating software, ACCUBID experience a plus.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
