Job summary

Skyline Door & Hardware Inc. is seeking a self-motivated professional to estimate and manage construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will handle the full lifecycle of projects, from initial estimates to successful completion, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and timely execution. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Experience with doors, frames, and hardware strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Manage awarded projects from initiation through closeout
• Oversee submittals, material procurement, scheduling, and deliveries
• Handle change orders, pricing, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure timely billing and successful project closeout

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
