Job Opening: Project Manager / Estimator at Moore Trosper Construction Company

Moore Trosper Construction Company, established in 1982, is a commercial general contracting and construction management firm located in Holt. We are seeking a personable, professional, and organized individual to join us as a Project Manager / Estimator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, including preconstruction services, constructability reviews, bid document preparation, estimating, budget management, subcontractor coordination, construction planning, and scheduling.
• Experience in commercial, K-12, higher education, and government projects is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager and Estimator.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of industry practices, standards, and processes.
• Proficient in construction budgeting and cost tracking.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of safe, successful, and timely project completion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project; experience with Procore is a plus.
