Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in formal Estimating and Project Management in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Experience bidding and managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
• Ability to influence, lead, and motivate others across the organization.
• Knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from estimation to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Opportunity will require experience asaHeavy Civil Construction Project Manager & Estimator as well as:

• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage time and priorities along with influence, lead & motivate others across organization.
• 8+ years or more experience in formal Estimating and Project Management–preferably in Heavy Civil Construction–with experience bidding and managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M++
• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field or with the equivalent work exp; PE license a plus.
• Knowledge in applications such as HCSS HeavyBid or similar, Agtek or similar, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, the Microsoft Suite, & MS Project.
