Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager & Estimator based in Homer, AK. The Project Manager & Estimator will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily tasks will include preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and supervising the construction team. The role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in the construction industry
• Estimating skills including cost analysis and budgeting
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
