We are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of general construction experience related to heavy civil and highway construction.

Responsibilities include:

1. Estimating and scheduling projects using HCSS (Heavy Bid), Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
2. Assisting management with project controls setup, including materials, work plan submittals, and job cost tracking.
3. Reading and understanding technical specifications and plans.
4. Understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Material Testing for projects.
5. Knowledge of grade setup and control using conventional grade stake checking and Trimble GPS software/hardware.
6. Supervising personnel on-site.
7. Managing subcontracts and material suppliers.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
