Project Manager/ Estimator - Glass Fabrication & Installation - Cleveland, OH

Salary Range: $75K - $90K Plus Commission - Permanent Position with Benefits

NE Ohio Company looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their team of glass and glazing professionals.

Requirements

• Must have industry experience in glass or glazing fabrication as a Project Manager with estimating experience. Will consider candidates with industry experience that are ready to move into a Project Management role.
• Must have excellent communication & organizational skills, able to work under deadlines & within the allowed budget.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience.
• Proficient with some type of Estimating software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing & Installation in areas such as Glazed Wall Systems, Panel Walls & other Fenestration Elements, Point Supported & Structural Sealant Glazed Glass, Sealants, Waterproofing, Insulation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work with estimator from project award through completion, including front-end submittals and vendor coordination.
• Work with shop drawings and contractors from start to finish.
• Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
