Job summary

Marek Sawing & Drilling LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue within the assigned territory. You will oversee opportunities from initial contact and estimating through execution, collaborating with field ops and leadership to secure profitable work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in construction (concrete cutting experience a plus).
• 2+ years site-service underground excavation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and jobsite operations.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drugscreening.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for concrete cutting, coring, GPR scanning, and related services.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and service recommendations meeting customer needs and profitability.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through project award and completion.
• Coordinate with branch operations and field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Follow up bids and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct jobsite visits and meetings to strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade associations to promote services and expand market presence.
