Job summary

Lumicity in Arizona is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial drywall projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, collaborating with field teams and general contractors to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial drywall PM or estimating, deep knowledge of drywall, metal framing, ACT, reading blueprints, takeoffs, RFIs, submittals, change

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating.
• Experience working for a commercial drywall contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings (ACT), interior systems, blueprint reading, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.

We're partnering with a leading commercial drywall contractor in Arizona that's looking to add an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to its growing team.
