Job summary

Lumicity is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator for Abilene, TX. This role requires strong Division 9 knowledge, a mix of office and field work, and a proven track record in managing commercial drywall projects from estimating through closeout.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM/Estimator experience, excels in communication and organization, and is proficient with takeoffs, bidding, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Project Manager/Estimator in commercial drywall
• Experience with Division 9 and ability to manage office and field tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have estimating experience
• Hands-on field experience with drywall projects

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from estimating through closeout
• Prepare takeoffs, bids, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting and procurement
• Coordinate with field crews and office team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Division 9 requirements
