Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience in electric utility or equivalent.
• Associate degree plus 3 years of project management experience in a relevant environment.
• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of project management experience in a relevant environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, schedule projections, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to validate bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Manage vendor contracts, change orders, and procurement activities with strong financial oversight.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.
