Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of project management or related experience in electric public utility or similar environment
• Associate degree and three years of related experience in electric public utility or similar environment
• High school diploma or GED and five years of related experience in electric public utility or similar environment
• Project Management certification is required for Levels II-III

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, schedule projections, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to validate bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Manage vendor contracts, change orders, and procurement activities with strong financial oversight.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors for transparent project execution.
