Job summary

H2sOlutions in Lakeland, FL is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Estimating and Project Delivery. You will own project scopes from kickoff to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and coordinate technical documentation and customer communication.

You will also support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and helping grow the project pipeline, driving profitable outcomes across subcontracted work and equipment supply.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, estimating, procurement, or technical project coordination.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgets, purchasing, and project schedules.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management software; Zoho experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of awarded projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Establish job budgets, schedules, procurement plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate submittals, drawings, technical documentation, and approvals.
• Work with the Service Manager to plan field resources and communicate project requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues within assigned authority, and escrow risks before they impact delivery.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the project pipeline and support bid activities.
